Very very disappointed last month I had made an appointment with the Company. I spoke to Michelle and we were set for them to come out an survey the work. I called on Monday and reconfirmed for that Wednesday. She told me that 100 percent we will be there. The appointment was for 10am on Wednesday. At about 1045am I called Michelle and explained that no one showed up or called she said she will contact gentleman that was supposed to come. At this point it was 1130am and no call. She told me "I thought he called you, he said he was going to call you". Now it is 1230 and I called her back she says hold on I am going to call him while I am on the phone. Of course no answer, I wasted my day off waiting for someone who never came. This was so unprofessional. Frank and crew were awsome. Frank was quick to come by my house to spec the job and provide a fair estimate. My job was a huge one so he was able to slot me in quickly between 2 other jobs. He brought a larger than normal crew to get the job done in 2 days. I was amazed at how efficiently they worked and the time they took to make aure i understood what was going on and that inwas satisfied ans happy with the work. The job finished on time. The clean up complete and the rate was incredibly competitive. Frank is a great guy who did an excellent job. 5 star for the entire crew as well.
